Three, going on Thirteen
Greg took these pics of Hailey yesterday, and my jaw hit the ground when I saw them. Wow - what happened to my little baby? She is already starting to look so much like a young lady. My heart loves watching sweet Hailey mature and grow up, but I am sad at how fast these years are going. I adore this time so much.

Evil Knieval Lang
Hailey is a total daredevil, and it makes us laugh so much. Tonight she was doing her regular diving off the couch in the nursery, but Greg was snapping pics this time. She is fearless, and I am still convinced she will be an Olympic athlete someday.
As I look at this particular batch of pics, I can see such a resemblance between Hailey and myself; she is starting to look more and more like me these days....

The Auto Angels Car Show
Today I took the three kiddos to the Auto Angels Car Show at our church. Auto Angels is a great ministry that our church has and their mission is to "meet the transportation needs of our church community," which basically means that they fix cars for free. The highlight of the year is when they do a Car Show on Fathers' Day weekend. Even though Greg is out of town this weekend, we just had to go!!
The show had tons of great sportscars, old-fashioned cars, and beautiful classics. Drew and Hailey loved it. The highlight of the day was when this nice man showing his Porsche let both A&H SIT IN THE CAR! Wow - that was a big deal! Drew went nuts using the steering wheel, etc. What fun! Thanks to the kind man who wasn't scared by twin toddlers! We also watched a guy buffing his shiny red Corvette, and I think the kids were mesmerized by that. Oh, I think we are going to have to start a bank account for the first car when they hit 16!
Andrew himself was a highlight of the event, since he impressed all of these retired men with his knowledge of cars. We walked through a whole section, while Drew rattled off the name of each car, and these older gentlemen had their jaws on the ground in disbelief! So funny!
Also, the Car Show has a fun BBQ lunch, and so we waited in line to get burgers. The wives of the Auto Angels end up putting on the meal, and they had decorated these tables in such a cute way... see the centerpiece picture below. We ate at a table with several grandmas, and they went on and on about how well mannered and precious our kids are. One woman said, "they are the best behaved kids I have ever seen!" Wow - that made this mama happy!

Whistler, bears, and funny videos
We spent last week at Whistler, enjoying early summer and a lot of bears! We saw several bears a day, as they kept eating the clover that was growing on the ski hill right outside our place. Everytime we would walk over to look for a bear, there would be one smiling at us! (I did take several videos, but I will spare you the boredom of looking at the teeny-weeny brown spot in the middle of a huge field...)
Here are some fun videos of the week:
#1: Greta scrunches up her face.. so cute. I guess I used to do this as a toddler, too. She thinks this is very funny
#2: On a bear hunt with the whole family.
#3: This video of Drew will make you laugh out loud. Surely this is a sign of intelligence.
#4: The twins racing their cars... this is their absolute favorite thing to do at Whistler!
#5: Greta is walking everywhere now... in fact, she isn't even crawling much anymore. Sniff, sniff... my baby is growing up!

THE TWINS ARE THREE!!!
I cannot believe that my babies are THREE years old now! Wow - how in the world did that happen!!? Here are some pictures from Memorial Day, when we had a fantastic party for A&H, and when the kids enjoyed opening lots of wonderful gifts from friends. Thank you to all of our many fabulous friends and family who have stood by us over these years; we couldn't have made it without your love and help!
The highlight of the day was the new Radio Flyer trikes from Nana! The kids love 'em!

Whoa! Automatic bubble machine = three hyper kids

Sweet Aunt Jenene and Uncle Robbie. We love 'em.

"Can someone explain these pedals to me?"

Top thrill for Andrew.... another car!!!

I love this picture of our BroBro. His sweet smile makes me melt.
Videos! They include the birthday song for Drew, Hailey blowing out candles, and then Drew opening up a present with a cool Ferrari shirt...
Happy Birthday to my sweet and wonderful Hailey and Andrew!!
