The world's best kids' museum

This week I discovered my most favorite kids' museum of all... the Imagine Children's Museum in Everett.  Yes, lil' po-dunk Everett has the most amazing, fabulous, kids' museum ever.  It has fantastic exhibits, plus a huge rooftop with the most enormous playground ever.  The kids loved it!  We are now members, so come join us!
A giant treehouse right when you walk in...

Hailey jumps on the floor piano

A big train that is above a huge kids' train set..

Greta rides the horse in the farm area

Fire engine!
The highlight was playing the Vet Clinic.  The kids were in here a long time, playing with the "sick" stuffed animals, looking at X-rays, ordering medicine, and much more.  It was such a cute set-up.

Saving animals... one at a time..

Andrew was the Vet pharmacist

They had a cute Pizza restaurant, so the kids were in here serving me lunch for a long time...

It wouldn't be a kids' museum with a water play area...

The rooftop play area was amazing. This was a big dinosaur with tools for fossil digging.  So informative...

"Mom!  We found a real dinosaur!!!"

This playset on the rooftop was ridiculous.  'Nuff said.

Andrew says the alphabet backwards

Andrew completely shocked us this morning when he woke us up and told us he could say the alphabet backwards.  We had no idea he could do this, and never prompted him to learn.   So, he rattled it off really fast and we were shocked.  Check him out in this video.... watch til the end, when he says it a second time really fast.  Wow!

On top of that, over the last month, he has been memorizing and spelling every possible word he can.  He literally has learned hundreds of words, including lots of big ones!  He seems to have a photographic memory, because he wants me to write down the word for him. Then he glances and it and knows it after that.  Smarty pants!
