Greta Jane
Born 1:37pm on July 14th
9 pounds, 8 ounces
20.5 inches long
On the morning of the 14th, while we were waiting for Greta to arrive:
Right after she was born:
Greta gets her first bath, and daddy puts on the first diaper:
Moments after her arrival. Check out all of that baby fat! She is a little chunky monkey!
Yes, you are reading the scale correctly - 9 pounds, 8.3 ounces! I have no idea how in the world I ended up with a baby this big! All of that ice cream I ate went straight to her fat rolls!
My first chance to hold her, moments after she arrived...
A few more pictures, all taken today, when Greta was about 24 hours old:

Hurray! What a beautiful, fat munchkin. Those rolls are perfect. Congratulations from all of us Tripps (emailing from Seabrook). :)
