The downstairs playroom... and other news

Well, I finally took the time to set up the rec room in our lower level as a playroom. The kids have a million toys, books and cars out, and mom doesn't care if it stays messy! I bought an "activity table" and put that together, which is now a perfect height for cars and other stuff. Here is Drew showing how fun it is to climb the table!

For some reason, Hailey loves to climb in and out of this infant car seat that we have in the room. She says "baby" over and over and climbs in it. Maybe she knows her little sister will be using it soon!

In other news:
- Andrew has had Roseola this whole week. It is an illness that basically has 3 days of high fever, and then 2 days of rash. He has not been comfortable this week, and has been kind of cranky. Poor guy! We are on the final day of the rash, so hopefully he is back to normal tomorrow.

- Hailey is starting to say her name (barely!). She can't say the "L," so it comes out as "hay-ee."

- Hailey also started this hilarious thing where she waves and says 'hi' to all of the animals and people in her books! So, when I turn the page, she looks and each one and just keeps say hi, hi, hi, hi. Too funny!

- Andrew gets his fifth haircut tomorrow!

- I took the kids to Costco again today for a quick run in. They love that place - the double seat shopping cart is a hit, as are all of the free samples! They can even say Costco now... as"Cotco"...
