Best Friends

On Valentines' Day, we took the kids out to a brunch with some other couples. We took a short walk and told the kids to "hold hands" and they took a whole walk holding hands - it was so cute! They also love to sit on our front step together, like in the pic below.

The kids have been so cute together this week. They call each other "brother" and "sister" although the words aren't nearly that clear. Drew says "Dis-der" whenever he is looking for Hailey. They love to cause trouble together, like today when I found them both elbow deep in the toilet! Also, when Drew decides to say a word a certain way, Hailey starts saying it like that too. He says "Hel-co" for helicopter, and now Hailey says that, too. They are a hoot together, and always have these cute little ways that they make each other laugh.
